The staff was responsive. When I checked on my linen was dirty. I spoke to Priya at the front desk and she assured me my room would be cleaned the next morning. I later spoke with the manager Helen who was also helpful in accomodating me with my stay due to my room condition. Lastly the attendants at the desk named Cynthia was very compassionate. She was comforting towards me regarding the reaaon for my visit and was empathetic to my needs. Thank you for offering a nice location for my last minute stay needs. The hotel was decorated nicely, I used the gym several times and the breakfast offerings and times were notable.

Previous review cut off, and couldn’t edit… No parking when we returned from a concert… as I walked inside, an employee greeted me at the door with a flashlight. She was watching the cameras, as she said she would be doing all night, and noticed us driving around looking for a spot. She was very helpful, and showed us an easily accessible place to park. She even came around to the back, and met us at the door to let us in. Not only did we appreciate her help, but also felt the attention they paid to the cameras showed how much they care about the safety of those staying with them!

The location to the airport was perfect for having an early morning flight. Also loved the free shuttle to and from the airport plus being able to leave our car at the hotel for a week for a small fee. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a minor mishap at check in but Josh at the front desk took care of it and was very professional.

The breakfast was great with many different selections to choose from depending on your dietary choices. The staff were always available and attentive to the hotel guest's needs. Also, I liked the hotel's centralized location to the airport, entertainment & restaurant establishments, and most importantly, city and interstate road networks.

Friendly front desk person, very nicely decorated. Loved the blue! Bed was very comfortable. Very clean, except for the shower floor. And the lighting in the bathroom is terrible for putting on makeup! Just not good! Otherwise, I would highly recommend!
